LOTTE City Hotel Gimpo Airport

My 93 yo mom and I overnighted after a 15 hour flight into Incheon Airport. Early the next morning, we flew out to Jeju via Gimpo Airport. This hotel was so convenient and comfortable. The staff was polite, efficient and welcoming. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortably firm and the comforters were like big fluffy clouds. At 6 am, we went down to G/F and were greeted by a young man (the security guard) who patiently walked us to the airport terminal connection that goes through the shopping mall. What a great design! When the mall is closed, hotel guests can still walk through to the airport. It must be very secure because many of the shops don’t even have a front door. As you walk through the closed mall, you can actually touch rows of socks and other products on display! There is a Wowpass machine in the Lobby too.

Perfect place to sleep over when you have an early flight. Not only the airport was 5 minutes walk but the hotel is in the middle of a shopping center so you can do your final last-minute shopping the night before after check-in. (highly recommend doing that as at the duty-free shop post you cannot find small souvenirs) We got a free upgrade, which was a nice touch! 2 days prior we stayed at another Lotte City Hotel in the center of Seoul and must say this one was much better than the previous one.

the room was quite big and clean. although we stayed there for less than 12 hrs. the room is very close to the airport . you can walk 5 minutes in the subway and reach the airport directly . we landed in the night and found it a little difficult to look for the hotel as proper instructions were not mentioned . however when called the staff were happy to help us and walked us to the hotel lobby.

Good location!! This hotel is located in near Kimpo airport. And there are Lotte mall and department store connected to hotel directly. Staff are very friendly.

Very nice Hotel, in close distance to Gimpo and adjacent to the Lotte World Gimpo shop. We spent two nights here. One night we had a double room on a high floor, I guess on the 9th. The second time we had a triple room on the 3. Floor. Both rooms were big, spotless clean and quiet. Extremely friendly employees at the reception. There is a breakfast place in the Lobby of the Hotel. Dinner can be eaten in the Lotte World, keep an eye on the closing hours. There is also a Cinema. The city and Incheon Airport can be reached via subway or the Express train, each in about 60 min. Excellent Hotel for stays between flights!!
